Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cucumbers, sliced
2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cider vinegar
4 tsp. sugar
Preparation

In large bowl, sprinkle cucumbers with salt.
Toss gently to mix; let stand 30 minutes.
Rinse and drain well; pat dry with paper towels.
In same bowl, mix together vinegar and sugar.
Add cucumbers and mix gently.
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Drain before serving.
