Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. pumpkin
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add pumpkin and sugar.
Mix in dry ingredients; add to mixture.
Grease cookie sheet with lard or Crisco.
Line with wax paper and grease again.
Coat both sides of wax paper.
Pour batter onto prepared cookie sheet.
Sprinkle top with nuts, if desired.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn cake out on a towel. Cover tea towel with powdered sugar so will cover cake area.
Roll with towel; let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
