Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. salad oil
3 c. carrots
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped cherries
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add oil and stir well. Add eggs, cinnamon and carrots and stir together.
Stir in nuts and cherries.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or longer, until it springs back.
