Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
2 (32 oz.) cans tomatoes
2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. salt
2 to 4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne red pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 (8 oz.) cans kidney beans
Preparation

In a large skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender.
Drain off fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients except beans.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, about 30 minutes.
Stir in beans; heat until
bubbly.
Makes 4 servings.
