Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. 2% milk
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    2 deep-dish pie crusts, frozen
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients in a bowl using a hand mixer or blender until frothy.
    Preheat oven at 350\u00b0.
    Precook crust 10 minutes.
    Layer each pie bottom with a cup of sharp cheese, shredded.
    Pour egg mixture over cheese, being careful to divide mixture equally.
    Place on center rack and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Makes 2 pies.
