Roasted Red Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small red potatoes
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch thick slices; toss with oil. Place in a single layer in a 13 x 9 greased baking pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until tender.
