Chocolate Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. cocoa or 3 sq. unsweetened chocolate, cut up
Preparation
    Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan.
    Gradually stir in milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
    Boil for 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and stir 1/2 hot mixture into the beaten egg yolks.
    Blend hot mixture into saucepan.
    Boil 1 minute more, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat and blend in butter and vanilla.
