Fantasy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. milk
    1 c. butter
    2 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    1 jar marshmallow cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine sugar, milk and butter; cook to soft ball stage (238\u00b0), stirring frequently.
    Remove from heat; stir in chocolate pieces.
    Add marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts.
    Beat until well blended.
    Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Cool and cut into squares.
