Banana-Nut Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Bisquick baking mix
    1 c. mashed bananas (about 2 medium)
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts or pecans
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 egg
Preparation
    Beat all ingredients with wire whisk or electric mixer until almost smooth.
    Pour generous 1 cup batter onto center of hot waffle iron sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake until steaming stops, about 5 to 6 minutes.
    Yields three 9-inch waffles.
