Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 1/2 lb. grated cheese
    1 can olives, chopped (optional)
    1 onion, grated
    2 doz. corn tortillas
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned
Preparation
    Fry the corn tortillas on both sides to soften.
    Drain and dip into enchilada sauce.
    In the center of each tortilla place 2 tablespoons ground beef, some olives, onion, and cheese.
    Roll up tortillas and fasten with a toothpick.
    Add some cheese to the top of the enchiladas.
    Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
