Corn Beef Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can corn beef
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 oz. pkg. cream cheese--optional
Preparation
    Shape into ball and chill.
    Serve with crackers.
