Chili Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pinto beans
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    4 tsp. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 cans tomatoes
Preparation
    Cook beans.
    Drain.
    Save 1 cup liquid.
    Cook meat until no longer pink.
    Add onions, celery, green pepper and garlic powder. Cook about 5 minutes.
    Add spices.
    Cut up tomatoes and add to meat, beans and liquid.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low. Cover with lid.
    Simmer for about 1 hour.
