Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium sweet potatoes
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. butter
    marshmallows
    nutmeg to taste
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    corn flake meal
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until well done.
    Drain well.
    Cream egg, butter, sugar and flour.
    Mix with potatoes.
    If potatoes are soft, add a little more flour and cream well.
    Place in refrigerator until chilled.
    Spoon into small balls, using 1/2 marshmallow for the center.
    Roll in corn flake meal.
    Fry in deep oil until brown. Makes about 15 medium balls.
