Orange Nut Bread(Diabetic) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. skim milk
    3 tsp. liquid sweetener
    2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
    1/2 c. artificially sweetened orange fruit spread
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine and sift dry ingredients.
    Beat egg.
    Add milk and sweetener.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Stir only until all flour is moistened, then gradually stir in melted butter or margarine.
    Fold in fruit spread and nuts, mixing as little as possible.
    Transfer to lightly greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inch). Bake for 1 hour and 40 minutes, or until loaf springs back when pressed lightly with finger.
    Cool before slicing.
