Crock-Pot Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 4 lb. deer steak
    dash of salt and pepper
    16 oz. can tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 c. peanut oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. Lea & Perrins sauce
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Salt, pepper and flour roast.
    Brown in skillet.
    Place roast and remaining ingredients in crock-pot.
    Cook on high for about 2 1/2 hours.
    Then cook on low until done.
