Crab Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. grated onion
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Bake potatoes.
Drain crab meat and break into small pieces. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
Scoop out and whip with butter, cream, salt, cayenne and onion.
With a spoon, mix in crab and cheese.
Refill potato shells and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
May be made a day ahead and refrigerated.
