Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup shortening (margarine)
    1-1/2 cups sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup sour milk (1 tsp. vinegar)
    1 tsp. soda (dissolved in the milk)
    2 cups flour
    2 cups rhubarb
Preparation
    Mix 1 cup of flour in batter and 1 cup with rhubarb.
    Mix all together.
    Spray non-stick in a 9 x 13 cake pan; or use grease and flour.
    Put mixture in pan.
    Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon or brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake for 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees.
