2 1/4 c. sugar
1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation

In a 3-quart casserole or large glass mixing bowl, combine sugar and milk; blend well.
Microwave on High for 7 to 8 minutes until sugar is dissolved.
Stir every 2 minutes.
Add semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, walnuts, butter and vanilla.
Stir until thoroughly blended.
Pour mixture into buttered 3-quart oblong glass dish.
Refrigerate until firm. Makes 2 pounds.
