1 (21 oz.) can peach pie filling
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
slivered almonds, toasted (optional)
Preparation

Combine peach filling, lemon juice and ground cinnamon in a small saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring often, until thoroughly heated.
Spoon over waffles and sprinkle with almonds, if desired.
Yield:
1 3/4 cups.
