Barleycorn'S Canadian Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) box Velveeta cheese
    1 small white onion
    1/2 stalk celery
    2 Tbsp. chicken broth (optional)
    1 medium carrot, grated
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 gal. water
    2 1/2 sticks oleo
Preparation
    Melt butter. Stir-fry vegetables until transparent. Add flour, then water.
    Mix in cheese and simmer until mixture reaches soup consistency. Should be smooth.
