Sausage Succotash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. kielbasa, cut into 1/2 slices and cooked
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans, thawed and drained
2 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French fried onions
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of potato soup
3/4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine sausage, lima beans, potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 can onions, soup, milk, corn and seasoned salt.
Pour into 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and onions; bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
