Danish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean beef
    1/2 lb. lean pork
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 grated onion
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Have the beef and pork ground twice.
    Combine with flour, salt, pepper, onion, eggs and milk; mix well.
    Shape into 3/4 to 1-inch meat balls.
    Fry in butter or margarine.
    This may be made into a meat loaf.
    Bake at 370\u00b0 until it pulls away from pan.
    This goes well with fried red cabbage.
