Shrimp, Avocado, Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. honey
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. water
dash of red pepper
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion (red)
4 slices French bread
2 pink grapefruits
1 sliced avocado
1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled
1 head Boston lettuce
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Stir, cover and chill.
Melt margarine; spread on both sides of bread.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
Arrange on 4 salad plates.
Divide lettuce; put on top of bread slices.
Arrange grapefruit sections, avocado, onion slices and shrimp on salad leaves.
Drizzle honey dressing over. Bread may be served separately.
