Quick Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild Italian sausage
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion
    2 large cloves garlic
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    12 oz. spaghetti
    1/2 c. fresh parsley
    black olives
Preparation
    Cook onion and garlic, chopped.
    Remove from skillet.
    Brown Italian sausage; cut in 1-inch pieces.
    Return onion and garlic to skillet.
    Add spices and tomatoes.
    Simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.
    Add black olives for color.
