Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can concentrated chicken broth
    1 c. white cooking wine
    1 c. water
    1 whole garlic
    2 chickens
    1 onion sliced
    salt pork sliced
    butter
    Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    Kitchen bouquet
Preparation
    Sprinkle inside of chickens with Italian seasoning, rub salt and pepper on outside. Combine in bowl broth, water, wine, onion, and garlic. Put chickens in bake pan and pour liquid over the chicken. Place pats of butter on chicken, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for at least 2 1/2 hours. Remove foil, brush kitchen bouquet on top of chicken and return to hot oven of 500 degrees, to brown a few minutes. Remove and serve.
