Ingredients

2 c. chopped pecans
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 cans evaporated milk
2 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 qt. milk
Preparation

Saute pecans in butter in a skillet for 5 minutes or until toasted.
Combine remaining ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Pour into 1 gallon ice cream freezer container.
Freeze for 10 minutes, using freezer directions.
Add pecans to ice cream mixture.
Freeze until firm.
