Steak Roulades - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 recipe Mushroom Stuffing (follows)
    12 (3 x 5 x 1/4-inch thick) pieces round steak
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. margarine
    2/3 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 c. beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Prepare mushroom stuffing.
    Pound round steak very thin with a meat mallet.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place 2 tablespoons stuffing on each piece.
    Roll as for jelly roll; tie with butcher's string.
    Coat with flour.
    Brown several at a time on all sides in margarine in a Dutch oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
