Stuffed "Armadillo" Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Vienna rolls
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 can broccoli cheese soup
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    chopped onions and bell pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Cook hamburger meat in skillet with seasonings and a small amount of salt until done.
    Cook broccoli with a small amount of water in microwave for about 8 minutes or until tender.
    Then mix hamburger meat, soup and the cooked broccoli together.
    Split the rolls a little and fill them with the meat stuffing.
    Top with grated Mozzarella cheese.
    Bake at about 375\u00b0 for about 10 minutes or until done.
