Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 large potatoes
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Fry bacon and crumble.
    In drippings; add onion and celery and cook until tender.
    Stir in potatoes, water and mustard. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Add milk and soup; reheat but do not boil.
    Add bacon and serve.
