Orange Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (16 oz.) can peach slices, drained
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange slices, drained
3 medium bananas, sliced
3 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and chopped (optional)
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
2 c. sour cream
kiwi fruit and strawberries (garnish)
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all of the fruit; set aside.
In another bowl, combine dry pudding mix, milk and orange juice concentrate.
Beat until blended and thickened, approximately 2 minutes.
Fold in sour cream; fold into fruit mixture.
Cover and chill.
Garnish with kiwi fruit and strawberries.
