East Indian Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage meat or ground chuck (or combination)
    1 good size chopped onion
    1/2 medium chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 qt. tomatoes
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms or fresh
    1 small jar pimento
    salt, pepper, sugar and curry powder
    1/2 lb. Velveeta
Preparation
    Brown meat, then add onions and brown.
    Add rest of ingredients and cook about 20 minutes.
    Meanwhile, cook 1/2 to 3/4 pound thin spaghetti.
    Put cooked spaghetti in greased baking dish.
    Add sauce and top with sliced cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Can be refrigerated and recommended because taste soaks in if made the day before.
