Beet Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chopped beets (save juice)
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. vinegar
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
Preparation
-
Add beet juice to sugar.
Heat to boiling to melt sugar and jello.
Mix with beets.
Add 2 tablespoons horseradish and mold as desired.
