Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks real butter
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
2 1/2 tubes Ritz crackers, crumbled
2 c. sour cream
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 chicken, boiled and cut in small pieces
Preparation

Melt butter with poppy seed added. Pour butter mixture over the crackers. Mix chicken, sour cream, soup and 1 cup chicken broth. Line casserole with cracker crumbs (save enough for top). Pour chicken mixture over this and top with cracker crumbs. Bake until bubbly (about 45 minutes) at 350\u00b0.
