Cinnamon Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

24 slices bread (crust trimmed)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg yolk
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick melted butter
Preparation

Flatten bread slices with rolling pin.
Mix cheese, egg yolk and 1/4 cup sugar.
Spread 1 tablespoon on each slice of bread. Roll up tightly.
Mix remaining cinnamon and sugar.
Brush rollups with butter.
Roll each piece of bread in cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Place on cookie sheet.
Chill for 2 hours.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 9 to 12 minutes.
Cut each piece diagonally in three pieces.
