Creamy Leek Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch leeks
    1/2 c. butter
    4 c. chicken broth
    4 medium potatoes, diced and cooked
    1 c. light cream
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Wash leeks very well and chop fine.
    Saute with butter.
    Mash all ingredients and add light cream and milk.
    Simmer.
    Serve topped with sour cream, chives or parsley.
