Chili In A Hurry!(Microwave Chili) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. dried onion
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 Tbsp. chili powder
dash of red pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. water
Preparation

Combine beef and onion in a 3-quart casserole.
Cover with lid; microwave on High for 4 minutes.
Stir; re-cover and continue cooking on High for 4 minutes or more, until beef is browned. Drain fat!
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Cover and microwave on High for 7 to 10 minutes, or until mixture is hot. Uncover; stir well, re-cover and continue at 50% power (Medium) for 30 to 40 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
