Maizie'S Christmas Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cream cheese (16 oz.)
    2 bunches green onions (including tops)
    1 bottle Hormel dried beef
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Chop onions and dried beef; mix well with cream cheese.
    Form into ball; roll in chopped pecans.
    Allow cheese ball to age in refrigerator for at least 3 days before serving.
    Serve with your favorite crackers.
