Picante Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. (12 oz.) frozen hash browns, thawed
    5 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. Pace picante sauce
    1 c. (4 oz.) Monterey Jack, shredded
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) sharp Cheddar
    2 green onion tops, sliced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Combine all but bacon.
    Mix well.
    Pour into lightly greased 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.
    Remove; sprinkle with bacon.
    Bake for 5 minutes.
    Serve with Picante sauce.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
