Cream Of Asparagus Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pureed asparagus
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    2 tsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 c. milk
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Cook until smooth.
    Stir in asparagus.
    Cook 1 minute stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Heat until bubbly.
