Oreo Cookie Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 gal. ice cream (flavor optional)
1 large Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans
1 to 2 bottles ice cream topping (fudge or chocolate)
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish arrange crushed cookies.
Spread softened ice cream over crushed cookies.
Next pour topping over ice cream.
Top with Cool Whip and pecans.
Freeze until hard. Before serving, let set at room temperature about 20 minutes.
