Refrigerator Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/3 c. warm water
3 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. warm water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
6 c. Gold Medal flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast and 3 tablespoons sugar in 1/3 cup warm water and let stand 45 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat together well.
Let raise double in bulk, then put in refrigerator. Cover with damp cloth or loosely with wax paper until ready to make rolls.
Then take part of dough; make into rolls and put remainder of dough back into refrigerator until needed.
Let rolls raise to double in size or about 2 hours.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven about 15 minutes.
Grease rolls with butter.
