Ingredients

3 egg whites
pinch salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 c. chopped filbert nuts
Preparation

Beat egg whites until peaks form.
Add salt and sugars.
Beat until batter has glossy look.
Fold in nuts.
Grease cookies pans. Drop tablespoon of batter onto cookie sheets.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
