Italian Beef Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium, chopped onion
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli or spinach (can use fresh)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion; drain well.
    Cook and drain broccoli. Combine meat, broccoli, soup and sour cream.
    Season to taste.
    (I use a hint of garlic powder.)
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole; top with shredded cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8 generously.
