Easy Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chili con carne (with beans)
    1/2 onion (regular size)
    1 lb. grated Colby or Cheddar cheese
    2 pkg. corn tortillas
Preparation
    Place chili in saucepan.
    Add 2 cans of water to make it watery.
    Bring to a boil.
    Slip corn tortillas into chili until soft (not too long or they will tear).
    Take out.
    Place on rectangular glass or aluminum baking pan.
    Stuff with cheese and a small amount of onion.
    Onion is optional.
    Roll tortillas and place them in a row, side by side.
    Start a new row on top after bottom of pan is filled.
    Place rest of chili on top and add grated cheese.
    Cook until cheese melts.
    Serves 12.
