Fried Irish Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Slice potatoes into 1/2-inch strips and cover with water. Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
    Put mixture into small bag.
    Remove potatoes from water, but do not blot.
    Drop a few slices at a time into the bag and shake.
    Deep fry until golden brown.
    Serves 6 to 8.
