Deli Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. elbows
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) container low-fat yogurt (plain)
    1/3 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 large green pepper, chopped (1 1/2 c.)
    2 stalks celery, sliced (1 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. sliced radishes
    1/2 c. sliced scallions
    1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Cook pasta; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain.
