Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 c. cucumbers, sliced
1 c. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, finely sliced
1 c. sugar (more or less)
1 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
-
Combine cucumbers, onion and green pepper in a large bowl. Add sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed.
Mix well.
Cover and store in refrigerator.
Wait 24 hours before eating.
These will keep about 3 months.
