Italian Pizzelles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, melted and cooled
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 1/2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. anise oil or flavoring
Preparation
    In electric mixer, beat eggs; add sugar gradually.
    Mix in cooled melted margarine and flavoring.
    Add flour and baking powder and beat well.
    Put 1 teaspoon of batter on pizzelle iron and bake until golden brown.
