Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. rat trap cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 doz. flour tortillas
    1 can chili (no beans)
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Add cheese, sour cream and spices. Reserve some cheese for the top.
    Place mixture on tortillas; roll up.
    Place in a greased baking pan.
    Mix chili with a little water.
    Pour over the top.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
