Chinese Wedding Rings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 2/3 c. flour
1/16 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. ice water
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar; add flour, salt, nuts, water and vanilla.
Dough is dry.
Press into balls the size of large olives.
Bake on ungreased cookie pans in slow oven (300\u00b0) for 25 to 30 minutes.
Roll in powdered sugar while still warm.
